Thanks for using our platform and service. Services are provided by Muttel Pet, subsidiary of Pet Retail World, Corp., located at 169 Allen Street New York, 10002, United States. By using our platform services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully. The Muttel Pet platform and its services offered are constantly expanding. Additional terms can be added to the terms and conditions below at any point, so please refer back to this page for changes that may affect all users of this platform.
Using of Services
By signing up as a brand or brand ambassador (referred to as a “Muttel” or “Muttel Pet brand ambassador” going forward and not to be confused with the Muttel Pet company name), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions outlined below. Violation of terms andconditions can result in immediate removal from the Muttel Pet platform, temporarily or even permanently. Each situation will be assessed by a Muttel Pet corporate representative.
Brand Assignment Process
Brands using the platform are able to send an unlimited number of brand assignment invitations to Muttels. Muttels reserve the right to accept or decline brand assignment invites from brands for any reason. A brand can work with a Muttel Pet to offer goods or services in exchange for aMuttel Pet social media post on their page. Alternatively, brands can pay a Muttel Pet to complete a brand assignment. (More on this below in Muttel Pet Paid & Non-Paid Classification).
Muttel Pet Paid & Non-Paid Classification
Muttel Pet brand ambassadors can either receive goods or services in exchange for completing a brand assignment or can be paid to do so by the brand (more on this in Muttel Pet Payments). A Muttel Pet corporate representative will assign a paid or non-paid status upon the time when a Muttel Pet brand ambassador has been accepted to the Muttel Pet platform ie* becoming a Muttel Pet. Paid and non-paid Muttel Pet brand ambassador status can change at any point only by discretion of a Muttel Pet corporate representative. A paid Muttel Pet brand ambassador can still receive goods or service only for completion of brand assignment should they choose to do so.
Brand Assignment Obligations
Brands must provide accurate and current information at all times while using the Muttel Pet platform, including any other extensions of the platform that may come thereafter.
A brand sending out an assignment to a Muttel Pet, automatically obligates the brand to ship the product and to perform the action that allows the Muttel to perform tasks assigned once the invitation is accepted by a Muttel Pet. Furthermore, brands must provide any goods/services along with any other resources that aid the Muttel Pet to carry out assignments efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. We ask that brands perform these actions within 48 hours of a Muttel Pet brand assignment being accepted.
Should a brand have difficulty communicating with a Muttel Pet that has accepted a brand invitation, the brand may contact a Muttel Pet corporate representative by accessing our “Contact Us” page to report a problem.
Muttel Pet Assignment Obligations
Muttel Pet brand ambassadors will receive brand assignment invitations either by SMS Text message or email. It is important that a Muttel Pet selects their preferred way to receive communications from brands for the most efficient process possible.
By accepting a brand assignment, a Muttel Pet brand is obligated to perform a brand task to its entirety. This also includes performing a brand assignment in the timeframe given by the brand. Furthermore, not performing a brand assignment to completion or to a brand’s expectations could result in a temporary or even permanent removal from the Muttel Pet platform.
A brand assignment will be considered incomplete until the Muttel Pet has sent a posted social media link to the brand to indicate a brand assignment has been carried out. This information can be added through your Muttel Pet ambassador dashboard.
Muttel Pet Brand Ambassador Payments
This section pertains to Muttel Pet brand ambassadors that are paid by brands, only. Brands can offer a custom monetary amount to a “paid” Muttel Pet in exchange for completion of a brand assignment. Initial monetary amount offered by brands can be countered by Muttel Pet brand ambassador until the point both parties agree.
Once parties agree on a monetary amount, funds to be paid to Muttel Pet by brand are held in an escrow account assigned by Muttel Pet corporate.
Only when a Muttel Pet has completed their brand assignment task to the satisfaction of the brand and has performed all assignment obligations (Muttel Pet Assignment Obligations Section), will a Muttel Pet corporate representative release funds to Muttel Pet brand ambassador through their preferred payment gateway.
If there is a dispute between a brand and Muttel Pet brand ambassador, Muttel Pet and Pet Retail World will not act as a sole representative to either party. Naturally, we hope that parties are able to come to a resolution together on their own without any interference. If this is not the case and a resolution cannot be worked out between the parties, a Muttel Pet corporate representative will ultimately assign a final resolution. Keep in mind, resolution could include removal from the Muttel Pet platform.
Muttel Pet is not responsible to issue refunds or any additional payments of any kind or any reason to the brand or Mutel Pet brand ambassador. Muttel Pet reserves the right to add a processing fee at any point for payment transactions between brand and Muttel Pet brand ambassadors.
Brands and Muttel Pet can communicate through the internal chat messaging found within the platform or through SMS/MMS text message on a mobile phone. Brand and Muttel Pet brand ambassadors can select and change their preferred way to be contacted through their account settings. No information collected by us will be shared with any other 3rd party entity, but can be used by Muttel Pet and/or Pet Retail World to deliver promotions and other relevant information.
Muttel Pet discourages direct communication between brands and Muttel Pet brand ambassadors on any external platforms outside of the Muttel Pet platform and its native tools of communication during platform use.
Limitation of Liability
Muttel Pet and Pet Retail World, are not liable or responsible for any damaged, expired, or product including all and any information provided by brands using the Muttel Pet service and platform. We recommend that all products received by Muttel Pet brand ambassadors from brands are properly examined before using or ingesting.
Brand and Muttel Pet brand ambassadors, acknowledge and agree to the maximum extent allowed by the law, the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of this platform, application, services and site content that remains with you, including all extensions of this platform in the future.
Neither Muttel Pet nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the platform, applications, services or content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including loss profits, loss or breach of data or loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services or any damages for personal, or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the site, applications, servies, site content, or from any communications, interactions or meetings with other users of the site, applications or services or other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the site, applications or service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not Muttel Pet or its corporate body has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
All original content created from a brand assignment campaign is owned by the Muttel Pet brand ambassador. Furthermore, the brand that intiated the assignment has full rights to use the content in any way the brand sees fit in it’s original form. The brand is not allowed to distort any content that may cause harm without first notfying the page owner of the Muttel Pet brand ambassador featured.
Muttel Pet and Pet Retail World have full ownership rights to any content that has been produced and uploaded by a Muttel Pet brand ambassador to the platform, including email and SMS/MMS messaging. Muttel Pet may use content for promotions, on social media platforms, and other extension platforms.
Brands are able to use content created by Muttels at their discretion in perpetuity. Muttels are not responsible for content created and posted that may be harmful in any way to any brand using the Muttel Pet platform.
Platform Program Cancelation & Removals
There is no refunds policy for brands using the Muttel Pet program at any time, for any reason. Brands that have chosen a monthly program term are autocharged between the 1st and 5th of each month throughout their term through the payment method they have originally signed up with. Annual terms for brands are paid in full upon signing up for the program and cannot be refunded for any reason.
Furthermore, Muttel Pet and Pet Retail World reserve the right to remove a brand or Muttel Pet brand ambassador at any time, for any reason.
